    • Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150 or $12 flat rate for all orders below $150.
    • (Priority Shipping is temporary unavailable). Free Priority Shipping for all orders over $300 or $20 flat rate for all orders below $300.

    New Zealand.

    • Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150 or $15 flat rate for all orders below $150.
    • Free Priority Shipping for all orders over $300 or $30 flat rate for all orders below $300.

      How long will my order take to arrive?

      • Standard Shipping: 7 to 12 working days.**
      • Priority Shipping: 5 to 7 working days.**

      Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located near Hong Kong and are generally delivered within the timeframes above. Orders are dispatched in 24 hour cycles excluding weekends and holidays.

      Occasionally there can be delays with customs and/or couriers which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

      During holiday seasons expect delays in general. Shipping times may be effected.

      Can I track it?

      Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email containing your specific tracking number. If you do not receive please email orders@lilybod.com

      Orders require a signature on delivery. If you arrange drop off deliver without a signature we are not responsible in your package goes missing.

      Make sure your delivery address is attended during business hours.
      We cannot send to PO BOXES/Locked Bags, please ensure a street address is given.

      Which courier service do you use?

      Couriers vary depending on delivery location and service selected at checkout. We utilise a combination of different couriers including but not limited to DHL, FEDEX, Toll & AU Post amongst others.

      Am I responsible for duties & taxes on top of my order?

      You are responsible for customs & duties. For further information we recommend contacting your local customs office. Duties and taxes may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

      What is your return policy?

      AU & NZ Customers. Lilybod offers a full refund, store credit or exchange on all our products, excluding discounted and/or sale items.

      Rest of World. Lilybod offers a full refund or store credit on all our products, excluding discounted and/or sale items.

      We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, then no problem, you may return your order for a full refund or exchange providing the following requirements are met:
      - The item must be returned within 30 days of order fulfilment
      - The item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
      - The item must not be worn, washed or altered in any way

      All refunds/credits/exchanges will be made for the same purchase value of the item(s) being returned.
      For sale item(s) all returns will be issued a Store Credit only. Store Credits do not expire!

      Please note we are unable to refund initial or return shipping costs, or Duties & Taxes.

      How do I request a return?

      For all returns please click here to complete a return request or contact us via our LiveChat and we will allocate a Returns Authorisations (RA) number for you.

      Once the returned item(s) is received, a replacement (if exchanged) will be sent - or we will issue a full refund or store credit (excluding Duties & Taxes).

      Are returns free?

      We do not charge restocking fees. However the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to lilybod for an exchange, refund or credit are not covered or reimbursed by us.

      What if my item is faulty?

      If you receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately via our LiveChat so we can personally and quickly assist you.

      We offer a full refund (including return shipping cost) unless you’re happy with an exchange or replacement. To speed up the process we recommend you take some pictures that can be emailed to us.
